Cheese Tasting & Pairing Experience

We will introduce the guest to the Introduction of Indonesian Cheese (History, type, and trend). Followed by basic cheese pairing knowledge. There will be three different types of cheese.

We will taste them and pair them with 2 different pairing menus: fruit preserve or chocolate (please choose one in advance). Discuss the difference in taste, texture, and aroma.
