Gluten Free Goat Cheese Quiche with Sweet Potato Crust image

This gluten-free Quiche recipe combined with goat cheese from Rosalie Cheese Indonesia is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! The sweet taste of sweet potatoes combined with goat cheese and melted cheddar topping makes this snack very interesting to try! How to make it easy, one pan can be enjoyed by up to 4 people.


Ingredients :

  • 2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
  • 7 Eggs
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pepper  
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • ½ Cup of Milk
  • 1 Cup Spinach 
  • 120 gr Beef Ham
  • 60 gr Rosalie Chevre
  • Cheddar

How to Make Goat Cheese Quiche :

  1. Prepare sweet potato crust with 2 medium sweet potatoes. Shredded finely.
  2. Then add 1 egg, 2 cloves garlic, salt, and pepper to taste and mix until smooth
  3. Prepare a baking sheet, coated with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  4. Next, pour the sweet potato crust into the mold and press it until it fills the entire mold neatly.
  5. Baked at 200 degrees celsius for 20 mins
  6. In another bowl, add 6 eggs, cup milk, ½ tsp pepper, and mix until smooth.
  7. After baking it, add 1 cup of spinach on top of 120 gr beef ham, 60 gr Rosalie Chevre and pour the egg mixture on top. Also, add cheddar for topping!
  8. Baked at 190 degrees celsius for 50 mins.
  9. Gluten-Free Goat Cheese Quiche with Sweet Potato Crust is ready to serve!


Notes: If you aren’t into sweet potatoes, try it with regular potatoes instead.
