1 tbsp minced fresh parsley
2 tsp fresh thyme
130 gr Rosalie Chevre (goat cheese)
1 garlic clove, grated
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp olive oil
How to make:
Combine parsley, thyme, Rosalie Chevre (goat cheese), and grated garlic. Cut a slit in each chicken breast to form a pocket; fill with the mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high. Cook chicken 6 minutes per side.
