In this period of contamination, we all have to respect hygiene rules and do safe distancing. 
To fight Covid-19, we must protect ourselves and stay at home , work at home when it’s possible, don’t go outside when it’s not necessary.

At home, you can do many things as: cooking !

LET’S GO!

Let’s start with “salad feta”: a delicious and fresh meal you can easily prepare for all your family! And it’s veggie.

Ingredient (For your family)

  • 3 medium cucumbers
  • 2 medium green peppers
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 170g of Milton Cheese or Goat Cheese (or as you prefer, any Rosalie cheeses)
  • Black olives and mint leaves for decoration
For the sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • Pressed garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin.

Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce together. Put in the fridge.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, Slice cucumbers, onion and Milton or Goat Cheese.
  3. Put all the vegetables and cheese in a big bowl and mix. Add the sauce.
  4. Finish by adding black olives, mint leaves and salt!
