We will introduce the guest to the Introduction of Indonesian Cheese (HIstory, type, and trend).
Followed by the basic cheese pairing knowledge. There will be three different types of cheese.
We will taste them and pair them with 3 different pairing menus: fruits, chocolate, or tea (upon request).
Discuss the difference in taste, texture, and aroma.
The guest can also take a photo and experience our beautiful Balinese garden.
